In FreeScout I have the following notification enabled: Notify me when… There is a new conversation
This morning around 300 new tickets were added but I didn't receive a single notification to my email.
There is nothing listed in the App Logs for todays date. The Outgoing Emails log shows emails sent for tickets #2 to #6, but nothing from #8 to #322.
I also noticed Mute Notifications, but this is not enabled. Test emails are coming through fine.
PHP version: PHP 8.2.25 FreeScout version: 1.8.156 Database: MySQL Are you using CloudFlare: No Are you using non-official modules: No
=====
Update: I noticed queue:work said "Last run: ? Last successful run: ? Try to [clear cache] to force command to start."
I cleared the cache and received 190 notification emails!
queue:work still says "Last run: ? Last successful run: ? Try to clear cache to force command to start."
