Re-enable Datadog-driven home page dashboard graph #178

We are disabling the Datadog homepage graph because it is not working currently. We are not sending data to datadog currently.

Once we get DataDog (or another log-monitoring solution that is comparable) working again we can reenable this, see #179 for the PR that disabled it.
