e.g. input: firefox to only deploy to Firefox

Maybe:

  1. Extract deployments from the main release workflow
  2. Trigger them separately via https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-workflows/events-that-trigger-workflows#workflow_run or on release creation (better, they can download the release asset)
  3. The user can then disable one or both workflows
