Option to load patches from site dir?

Hello,

when I build gluon, I sometimes manually add patches to the patches/openwrt folder. This is quite error-prone, if I forget it, I have issues with certain devices. I have checked the script to load patches. It would be easy to modify it to scan site/patches/${MODULE} to so that patches can be part of the site config. What do you think about this?
