Vue 3 version #150

Hi I noticed that the vue3 branch contains migration code.

I couldn't get it to work and ended up making my own vue3 version which didn't actually require many changes and is working in my project. If your interested its https://github.com/foxo-tech/vue-at/tree/vue3

It also requires the fix for the PR I raised for the vue2 version #142
