Steam-Linux-Runtime

  • added option to disable the Steam Linux Runtime per game (feel free to test and report bugs)

  • Steam Linux Runtime is automatically disabled when of of those is enabled
    mangohud, vkbasalt, gamemode, gamescope, boxtron, roberta, luxtorpeda
    (open an issue if something else needs a fix)
    (of course this will be removed when the conflict is fixed)

  • added (partial) russian translation by @IDeathByte

  • added (partial) russian (by @IDeathByte) and german README

  • updated tweaks for 223220 and 246960

  • vortex setup bump to 1.3.13 (untested)
