Description

Currently we "hide" the lockfile of a script (for example containing #r "paket: nuget test" into the .fake directory. We can make that more visible to the user by saving it under <scriptname>.lock.

We probably need to send a PR to paket in order to get the required API capabilities.

Fixed in #1770 by copying around the lockfile.
