Improve samples projects that use portable library and move them out of the tests solution

I think we can leave them in the solution - but perhaps just move them to a separate folder (they are loaded asynchronously, so it is not such a big problem).

But it would be great to have a Silverlight-based test project using some Silverlight unit testing framework. Any recommendations? Should we use this http://archive.msdn.microsoft.com/silverlightut or is there any other more modern thing that works nicely with F#?
