Namespace description overflows content box #886

Two issues:

The namespace docs text "Basic definitions of operators..." overflows the light content box here.
If I scroll the window right to show the overflowed text, the header bar at the top with the github link, search box, and light/dark moon icon scroll to the left side of the window. I think they should be anchored in place.
