Under what circumstances does a posted snippet get tweeted by the website? Sometimes I ssubmit a snippet and see a tweet but sometimes no tweet, is this a bug or are there certain conditions that must be met?

Could this behavior be annotated on the fssnip insertion page? Or maybe more intuitive to be provided as a checkbox?

I stumbled on this issue because I noticed that the Twitter share functionality creates a link to the homepage and not to the snippet itself.
