two cameras not working but can't remove/re-add

I have two devices that did work fine, but for some reason now do not eg. I can't disable in the dashboard or arm/disarm but they still work fine via the eufy app.
I tried to delete so I could re-add them but I cant delete. I try but they just stay there.
Is there a way to force delete them to try this or something else I coud try to re-enable them?
