Hello, I have built qrencode.dll and qrencode.lib using the make tool and VS on Windows.

I want to use them in my VScode project and have already configured task.json,

but an error occurred during runtime.
Undefined reference to QRcode_encodeString

What should I do? Should I build through CMakeList or other methods?
