Please upgrade 'fs' to 'fs-extra' #61

The current version is using 'fs' as one of the dependencies.

First of all this dependency is not mentioned in the package json which makes it hard to use as stand alone application.
Please upgrade to 'fs-extra' as 'fs' is more or less obselete.
