Our test coverage is currently at a measly 40%.

Some areas in which we want unit tests/integration tests:

Controller integration tests
Webhook integration tests
Achieve close to 100% coverage for for pkg/utils

We are currently at 63%, which is slightly more optimistic. We will close this issue, and open specific issues where we feel we need more testing.
