During the on-site registration process, the VIP registration email is (presumably) set out after the registration is added but before payment is completed, and the resulting email contains "A VIP (Unpaid) has just registered" instead of the actual sponsor level.

VIP email should be sent after payment is completed for the onsite flow (after callback from Square).
