[BUG] continuous disconnection of API

since July I have continuous disconnections. It is not the Wi-Fi because I checked and it is always connected and the Ping to the boiler does not fail.

I also tried increasing the seconds but the problem didn't change

Same problem. Usually error 500 occurs, but sometimes 429.

Also, I did contact Ariston support, they noticed I was using HA and told me that they don't allow to do so.

What to do then? Is there a way to make this integration work?

We should move to a new local only integration (and I doubt that one will be created, given that Ariston is not used that much by ha users) and not by going through the Ariston cloud.

Try adding a new email as a guest in the Ariston app, then log in via the guest email to the HA integration. This solved the problem of disconnecting the integration for me.

Is this working for a long term?
And what kind of polling did you apply?

Honestly, everytime I put the Ariston Boiler to HA, I get disconnected from the Ariston App and I need to reconfigure the Boiler from scratch

It drops the connection very rarely, maybe once a week for about 10 minutes.

Tried like you suggested. Worked for around a week, now it disconnected. The boiler is not reachable from HA.
It is unavailable but from the Artiston app it works.

on HA it says:
Configurazione non riuscita, riproverà: (429, b'Requests are blocked')

How fo fix this?

This error says that is too meny reqests to server in too short time (usually). Try to increase the times in cofiguration and wait some time to reconect.

You have to wait. Connection to ariston serwer is blocked becouse your integration connect to mamy times earlier.

@riki95 Disable integration. After two or three hours, reactivates integration with longer times. Example:

If you use shorter intervals, Ariston will block you again.
