I tend to watch sites like YouTube and Twitch on my home theatre, which I control via an air mouse. As this has no scroll wheel, the only way to look further down the list of videos available is by holding the small scroll bar at the right and moving my wrist down.
Proposal
Enabling the use of the arrow keys (which are present on air mice, they should be 1:1 with keyboard arrow keys) to move up and down the page would solve this. I don't think it would be too niche of a use case to account for people who use remote-like objects to navigate a home theatre PC from afar.
