Add support for Patreon channels without any post. It would also be nice if there was a way to find Patreon channels easly that I'm subscribed to with out any posts. And have a way to unsubscribe if I want.

Here is another one this one has no posts as far as I can tell The about page is filled out on the website but is blank when opened up on grayjay https://www.patreon.com/thehoaxhotel/about Seems that most of my Patreon subscriptions, the about page does not show up in Grayjay for some reason. A few of them do though.
It would be nice to have a indicater showing no posts.

This user showed up blank for me when opening it up from creators tab it had no posts but when I open it up from the website and shard it to grayjay it fixed it https://www.patreon.com/gibbed

Sorry this issue is all over the place Im going through old Patreon subscriptions. I can clean this up and seperate my different Patreon problems into different issues if needed.
