What did you expect to happen?

I expected to see fixed versions of amazon linux 2023

What happened instead?

i got fixed version for amazon 1

vuls is using an old verions of goval-dictionary 0.8.2
amazon linux 2023 was added in 0.8.3
so need to update go.mod/go.sum to user a newer version of goval-dictionary
