Problem description

shard.state stays at 5 instead of updating to 7 when a shard resumes

Reproduction steps

  • Log into a bot account with fuwa
  • Resume a shard
  • Observe shard.state

Expected behaviour

It should update to 7

System information

Any OS.

Bug checklist

  • I can reproduce this continually
  • Others can reproduce this bug as well
  • This isn't an external issue with the Discord API
