Availability of matrices utilized in the manuscript? #12

Hi! I was wondering if the uTAR/aTAR/gene expression matrices utilized for the generation of figures in the manuscript were publicly/readily available, particularly for the human PBMC data? Wanted to make sure they weren't already distributed before I attempt to install and run the existing pipeline.

Unfortunately, the TAR count matrices are not available. Let me know if you have issues generating them.
