Right now SQLite limits the scope of the project. Realm or WatermelonDB would be more suitable for advanced features, e.g. group by cause instead of symptom. Currently both DBs are not officially supported by Expo (see here and here) however custom development client could be a solution. We could either look into this, or wait for SDK 43 (arriving Sep or early Oct) which should have better/complete support for these modules.
