In latest Golang version web app can't be started because of that

Thanks for notifying us. We are in the process of moving the cmd/fyne tool into https://github.com/fyne-io/tools so I'll move this over there.

It seems like the file in question has moved to lib/wasm/wasm_exec.js now.
