為了讓勇者比較好打倒高村長, 以及鼓勵commit, 所以黑客松高村長HP會下降.
.
只要任一g0v專案有 1 commit時, 高村長 HP - 1., 當黑客松結束時, 村長HP不再受這debuff影響.

公式: 高村長總HP = 原始HP - 當日 commit 數
