欄位"最後出租時間"疑似有誤 #25

如果"房屋曾出租過"=2,會有最後出租時間我覺得合理;
如果"房屋曾出租過"=0,沒有最後出租時間我也覺得合理;
但如果"房屋曾出租過"=1,卻沒有最後出租時間我就覺得很怪,是我誤會欄位定義嗎?因為有出租過1次,在直覺上應該也會有最後出租日期吧??

以上資料出處是 2018 Q3 的檔案，如果不是匯出程式有誤，就是當初爬的資料就有問題。週末來看看～感謝！
