Clear all cookies and site settings EXCEPT a specific site

I want browser to clear all cookies and site settings everytime I close it for all sites, EXCEPT for two specific sites.

Under COOKIES AND SITE SETTINGS I think you might need to add another section called:
Exceptions - Do NOT Clear on exit

On secondary note, it's also slightly confusing because there is also CLEAR BROWSING DATA with an ON EXIT section.

CLEAR BROWSING DATA ON EXIT override COOKIES AND SITE SETTINGS ON EXIT or does
COOKIES AND SITE SETTINGS ON EXIT override CLEAR BROWSING DATA ON EXIT?

Anyways, there are just a couple sites that I want it to remember the cookies and sites settings, whereas all other sites should be cleared on exit.
