Request:
Provide a way to remove some default detectors from the tree.

Background:
Experiencing out-of-memory issues when the CSV/TSV parsers use memory wastefully on large files.
I don't care about detecting CSV/TSV files as they are not relevant for my use case.
Removing CSV/TSV parsers from the tree would work around this issue.
