Sending USDC back to Ethereum errors out every time. #2133

Sending USDC from Hydration through Moonbeam's Wormhole bridge gives an error every time. The error message is on the side of Hydration's collators.

You have to first transfer Ethereum USDC to Moonbeam, and then send it to Ethereum. Trying to go directly from Hydration has never worked for me.
