Enhancement: dataset search should work within a dataset collection view

The current history dataset search feature is limited to the "primary" datasets within the history, but should also be available when inside a dataset collection (currently only the "Add tags" feature is available within a dataset collection view). Searching within a dataset collection is useful for filtering on desired items within very large collections.

I'm not sure how useful it would be to filter collection elements when searching outside of the collection (perhaps the UI rendering would be too confusing/complex). If useful and reasonable, this enhancement could be nice as well, but not as useful as being able to search when within the collection.

I think searching all datasets (in a collection or not) all from the top search would be super useful. And agree that how to display nested collection results simply/meaningfully would need to be considered.
