Error during database seeding #7

After table migration , when I went to seed db I got this error -->

[Illuminate\Database\QueryException]
SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 19 NOT NULL constraint fai
led: article_tag.created_at (SQL: insert into "article_tag" ("article_id",
"tag_id") values (1, 7))

and

[PDOException]
SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 19 NOT NULL constraint fai
led: article_tag.created_at

There were no error happened during migration process.
