cannot disconnect the vpn

after I click the disconnect button, it will auto connect, how could I stop it ?

Solution the problem:
System settings --> Network --> "My IKEv2 VPN" (or name your configuration) --> switch off checkbox "Connect On Demand" --> Click "Apply"

And I had auto-reconnect problem on my iphone:
When I switched off VPN, it is auto-reconnected after one seconds.

Solution the problem:
Settings --> General --> VPN --> "My IKEv2 VPN" (or name your configuration) --> switch off checkbox "Connect On Demand"
