What would you like to be added:
When launching an Azure VM, enable boot diagnostics. See https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cli/azure/vm/boot-diagnostics?view=azure-cli-latest

Why is this needed:
Good for investigating Azure VM startup failures.
