Allow overrides of client_max_body_size #49

client_max_body_size is currently set to 64kb https://github.com/gatsbyjs/gatsby-docker/blob/master/nginx-boot.sh#L67 and there is no way to customize it

A simple env variable would make it easier to customize this configuration
