When opening Gatsby Admin, users should be able to search for plugins and themes similar to how they can in the plugin directory. Additionally, there should be a quick "Install" button on the search results for quick installation 🔥

From a first glance, the plugin directory search seems to be powered by Algolia. I wonder if we can either steal or extract that code to a shared abstraction between the plugin directory and admin...
