Run a release mostly to get dependency upgrades like Jetty 11 1ee541f.

Hi,

do you have a timeline for the 1.4 release?

I'm trying to use httpbin in a project and have some problems relating javax/jakarta. It seems that with the update to jetty 11 you have also changed the imports to the jakarta namespace and it would be great to be able to use this release.
