No ability to make follow camera "fixed" or set pgain. #514

Description

Expected behavior: Camera in follow mode allows you to have a nearly fixed view and see vehicle especially at high speeds.
Actual behavior: When flying planes at 100+ m/s they turn into an invisible spec.
