tampermonkey not working

as you said, when you use the script is enabled in tampermonkey, quizizz answers are supposed to show without me going into the console and putting the code to show answers but whenever I go to a quizizz it just says that there isn't a script running when the hack is supposed to be running. if you have ever had this problem before please help me because I really like this hack and want it to work automatically.
