Wondering if there is a quick fix for this?
To make the genome plot linear?
Just a quick fix. The circular based works.

There isn't a fix for now - the pyCirclize package pharokka uses supports circular plots as far as I am aware. I'll look into this some more hopefully soon, but it will require some substantial modifications I think.

I figured as much.

This looks like a possible way to do it.

Same author as pycirclize so complimentary syntax and design I would hope too - that looks great.

Working together would be great! I'm a bit flat out the next few weeks so I am going to struggle to find time, but from May I will be able to. Let me know if ou start working on it (flicking me an email might be easier than here too).
