Add Restart Recent Timer

Add the ability to restart a timer that was recently used

Looks like I should be able to use the Detailed Report API to get these details...
Need to figure out what the best way to do this request is to get up to date details, likely need to add an "Updating" screen that will be displayed before pushing the menu to display.

b5fefce should have everything this needs, but the responses from Toggl are too large and are causing failures...

Either I need to use Summary Reports, to get the IDs and request each entry individually, or I need to figure out how to reduce the size of the response.
