Pdf not opening up in simulator

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed simulator
2. Connect to web app
3. Trying to open up a pdf.

I am expecting that pdf should be opened in simulator itself but instead, it is 
getting opened up in machine's native pdf reader e.g. adobe separately from 
simulator but not inside it.

I am using simulator from 
http://code.google.com/p/ibbdemo2/downloads/detail?name=electic_simulator_beta1a
.zip&can=1&q= on Win 7.

Please help.
