Allow copy and paste to and from the call window. Makes it easy to prepare 
commands for IVRs and other dial menus.

Should work in 0.15 (it hasn't been pushed via auto-update though).

Maybe I wasn't clear enough, I didn't mean the dialer window, but the in 
progress call window. Just tried again, no go.
