I'm connecting to my company's Mitel 3300 CXi, the "Telephone" extension is set
up as "Basic SIP phone" (works for other softphones). Inbound calls work fine,
but outbound calls are not getting "connected".
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. If you call an internal number from Telephone, it will ring the other line,
but when you pick up the call Telephone continues to ring.
2. Even when you hang up the call, Telephone continues to ring
3. You have to close the application to stop the ringing.
Note: If you call an outside number from Telephone, the call is connected, but
the "connecting..." status never changes
What is the expected output?
The call should show a status of "connected" and display the call duration.
Also, the ringing should stop.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Telephone 0.15.0 (25) on OS X 10.6.4
Please provide any additional information below.
I have attached the log of one of the failed internal outbound calls.
Thank you. Very cool app!
