Other editors, like vim or sublime, have a nice feature to go to a symbol (function, variable,...) directly typing its name. So It would be great having it in Geany too!

It should have a keybinding and open a small dialog like the find one (cntrl + F) or, better, integrated on it and searching for a symbol preceding an @ like sublime does. Also, suggestions and autocompletion would be very appreciate there.

I'm not 100% sure if it's already and I haven't realized yet. Yeah, I do know there is a Symbols window on the sidebar, but I want to be able to jump to them just using the keyboard, not with the mouse. This annoys me because it's the few things I use the mouse for in Geany.

Menu->Search->more->got to tag definition and Menu->Search->more->got to tag declaration default keybindings Ctrl-T and Shift-Ctrl-T go to the name selected or that the cursor is in.

This was implemented by geany/geany-plugins#1341 in the ProjectOrganizer plugin and is also present in the LSP plugin.
