The server typings aren't compiling with default node typings?

I'm getting errors related to http and EventEmitter imports. Could this be a potential typings problem or am i doing something wrong?

Okay, I think it was my fault.

../../node_modules/@geckos.io/server/lib/geckos/server.d.ts:5:8 - error TS1192: Module '"http"' has no default export.

5 import http from 'http';
         ~~~~

../../node_modules/@geckos.io/server/lib/wrtc/webrtcConnection.d.ts:5:8 - error TS1259: Module '"events"' can only be default-imported using the 'esModuleInterop' flag

5 import EventEmitter from 'events';
         ~~~~~~~~~~~~

  ../../node_modules/@types/node/events.d.ts:636:5
    636     export = EventEmitter;
            ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    This module is declared with using 'export =', and can only be used with a default import when using the 'esModuleInterop' flag.


Found 2 errors in 2 files.

I forgot that tsc doesn't pick up tsconfig.json by default. With a proper tsconfig loaded

and running tsc -p . it compiles fine. What a mess. Sorry for bothering you, Geckos looks cool and I really want to try it out :)
