I finally found a pretty good solution to this - essentially run union in a docker container and have it sync between the mounted folder and your destination folder. I thought of this a while ago and someone used the idea here: https://github.com/cweagans/docker-bg-sync I made good progress on my own implementation of it where it splits everything into separate containers: |
