Summary

Node.js 6.x is currently installed. I don't even know if that's still supported!

We should probably default to 10.x as that's the 'current LTS' according to the Node.js download page. Some people are using 8.x, but if they really need 8.x and can't upgrade to 10.x, they can set that manually in their config.yml.

This should probably be in the 5.0.0 release since it could conceivably be a 'breaking' change (though easy enough to override).
