OCP-TAP designed a PCIe2HAT similar to the open HAT-PCIe board (#661):
It is meant to plug Pi 5 FFC PCIe HATs into a standard PCIe card slot, usually for debugging purposes. Unlike their other boards, I haven't seen it appear in the Time Appliance Project's hardware incubation folder yet.
