Description

I think it would be powerful to include also the water withdrawal and consumption used for cooling as well as the water withdrawn and consumption used for power generation.

Making AI Less “Thirsty”: Uncovering and Addressing the Secret Water Footprint of AI Models (page 7, table) has multipliers to convert from Wh to Liters WUE (Water use intensity) for cooling the GPUs an Electricity Water Intensity for power generation.

This is an incredible tool! Amazing work team.

Hello @ExploratoriumGPT,

Thank you for the feedback, I am glad you like EcoLogits! 😄

Adding water consumption is on our roadmap for the end of the year (if we are not late) so hopefully it will be available in early 2025 with other improvements on the methodology as well!
