  • PTHR ID & PTN node:

Xenopus D-tyrosyl-tRNA deacylase 2
mapped to
endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport
looks odd ?

dtd2 | D-tyrosyl-tRNA deacylase 2 (putative) |   | endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport |   | GO_Central | Xenopus tropicalis | IBA | PANTHER:PTN005291536RGD:621659 | longin domain-containing protein pthr46258

  • Sequences with problematic annotation (ID + gene/protein name):

  • Type of Issue: Erroneous source or erroneous propagation, or other issue

  • Add the label 'high priority' if needed. Generally high priority issues affect a lot of proteins, and annotations are incorrect (as opposed to just imprecise).

Xenopus D-tyrosyl-tRNA deacylase 2 (F6QNU7 ) has been associated to the wrong family (PTHR46258 with Vesicle-trafficking proteins SEC22) eith the name sec22c. The sequence differs indeed from of the members of the family. I've blocked the annotation.
@huaiyumi would it be possible to move the sequence of F6QNU7 from PTHR46258 to PTHR10472 ?
Thanks
Marc.
