The status has to be set when data is loaded for the books. PAINT only modifies status for books that it modifies.

OK - so I suppose this cannot be done?

Unless the default is 'no curated' rather than 'unknown'? (is there a default value ? or does the tool insert 'unknown' when there is no info?)

The tool displays 'unknown', if it encounters a status that is not part of its list of known statuses.

We should set the curation status during the monthly load or whenever there is a new library.
